  • Off-Off Campus is dedicated to bringing improv to people both onstage and off. Improv is an incredible tool that builds confidence, fosters group dynamics, creates space to imagine, and, of course, it's a great way to have fun. In 1946, Viola Spolin, "The American Grandmother of Improvisation," developed the first improv initially as a form of theater specifically for children, and we think it's important to continue her tradition of creative education.

  • During the school-year of 2007, Off-Off Campus taught an improvisation class at the Woodlawn Charter High School.

  • For the 2008 school-year, we will be doing workshops with the Collegiate Scholars Program, as well as a weekly class at the Sue Duncan Center, an after-school program for youth ages 5 through 17.
